在传统的工业蒸煮过程中，产生的蒸气没有利用，还要用大量的水来冷却，既浪费热能又浪费水。本文介绍了两种采用热泵技术节能节水的新方法。

Traditionally,during the course of boiling,steam produced then was not recycled,but it needed cooling with large quantities of water,which is proved to-be a waste of energy as well as water.This paper introduces two new tech- niques of using hot-pump technology to save energy and water.
