老式锅炉在运行中普遍存在“三高”、“三低”现象，耗能大、污染严重。本文从热管技术、蒸汽蓄热器及锅炉结构改造三个方面介绍了中小型锅炉的节能改造技术。

Old-type boilers in use have generally had the problems of “ThreeHighs”and“Three Lows”. They are high energy consumers and cause serious pollu-tion. This paper introduces several energy conservation reform technologies of themeditim-and small-sized boilers,such as the heat pipe technology, steam accumula-tors and the reform of the boiler structures, This paper will be continued in thenext two issues.
