摘要
通过对顶窗盖上体成形工艺分析,阐述了工件成形及模具设计的难点,提出了预成形小凸包的拉深压形模结构,并介绍了模具结构特点及模具工作过程。
Through the analysis of the process for forming the cover board of the clearstory, the difficult point for forming the workpiece and designing the die for forming the part are disscussed. The structure of drawing die with performing the bulge is proposed. The structure characteristics and working process of the die are introduced.
