摘要
分析了感应电机的损耗成分,建立了考虑铁损的感应电机d-q轴数学模型及其等效电路图,在此基础上给出了效率最优控制算法。提出一种定子磁链幅值恒定条件下基于转子坐标系矢量控制策略与效率最优控制相结合的实现方案。仿真表明,采用效率最优控制策略后,控制器的效率明显提高,电机的高效运行区域明显增大。
The loss in the different part of an induction motor drive system is analyzed in detail, and an induction motor mathematical model considering iron loss is established, the corresponding dynamic state equations, steady state equations and equivalent circuit diagram are introduced. On the basis of the steady state model, the loss model under the efficiency-optimized control in the induction motor is set up, and an efficiency-optimized control algorithm is proposed. Then a realized scheme associated with the vector control system, where the stator flux magnitude is constant, is designed on the basis of the proposed method. The simulation results verified the effectiveness of the scheme.
