摘要
多碎少磨是国内外选矿界公认的节能降耗的有效方法,而超细粉碎又是降低入磨粒度、实现多碎少磨的最直接手段.本文在动力学研究的基础上,分析了竖轴式离心粉碎机的功耗计算,并推导出功耗与粉碎机的结构及主轴的回转速度有关,为竖轴式离心粉碎机的实际生产应用提供了理论基础.
The principle of 'more crushing and less grinding' is an effective way of decreasing consumptions of the energy and materials in grinding and crushing. In this paper, we calculate the energy-consumption of vertical centrifugal mill by dynamic knowledge. And obtain power abration to do with mill/s structure parameters and turn speed of shaft.
