借鉴发达国家经验解决我国农民增收问题

Solution of income increase of farmers by using experience of developed countries for reference

随着新的发展环境的变化,在全社会步入小康后,中国的"三农问题"日渐突出,相对于城市居民收入的稳定增长,农民增收困难。如何在新的形势下保证中国的农业发展,使农民收入快速增长?本文首先分析了我国农民增收困难的原因,然后通过对世界发达国家对于农业和农民所采取的增收措施进行分析,进而提出我国农民增收问题的解决思路。

The problems of rural area,agriculture and farmers are sticking out compared with the stable income increase of citizens.How to increase farmers' income is discussed in the paper,and reason for that as well as the countermeasure are analyzed using the experience of developed countries for reference.
