在理论界早巳形成了一个不可动摇的"共识"———三权分立是资产阶级、资本主义的特有的东西,是为资本主义服务的,并且只能为资本主义服务。搞"三权分立"就是搞资本主义,就是复辟资本主义,为资产阶级服务,甚至就是反对党的领导,反对社会主义。本文反驳了这个"共识",认为三权分立是人类政治文明的结晶,是政治运行的规律、原则,我们应该实事求是,解放思想,与时俱进,结合实际,将其运用于政治体制改革。

An unshakable agreement has been ealier formed in the theoretical scope ,that is the Separation of the Three Power is chracterized by bourgeoisie and capitalism and serves for them . Carrying out the Separation of the Three Power is carrying out capitalism,reviving capitalism, is in the service of capitalism ,even opposing the direction of the Party, opposing the socialism.This essay refutes the 'agreement', and considers The Separation of the Three Powers as crystallization of the political civilization of the human beings ,regular pattern and principle of the political orbit, and we should be practical and realistic ,liberating the thoughts,advancing with times ,conbining with reality, and put it into the use of the revolution of the political system.
