摘要
以人为本已经成为大学生教育工作中的一个共识。当代大学生的特点也需要我们不断调整和完善教育思想和方法,运用组织行为学中的激励原理提高教育的效果无疑是一个有效的途径。通过科学运用目标、情感、榜样和团体四个因素激励大学生的主观能动性,可以大大提高大学生教育的效率和效果。但要使这些激励因素切实发挥其激励功效,则必须遵循一些原则。
The“Man-orientation” principle has been a common concern in collegiate education. The characters of ontemporary undergraduates drive teachers to adapt and improve their educational methods. One of the ways to improve the quality of education is to introduce the inspiration principle of Organizing Behavior Theory into the education. Through a cientific application of the four inspiring elements: goal, emotion, example and organization, teaching will become more efficient and more productive in education. However, some rules must be followed in order to put these inspiration principles into practice and virtually get students inspired.
