The Construction of BIT Training Culture

随着培训越来越为人们所重视,北京理工大学近几年大规模开展了培训工作,取得了一定的成绩。本文分析了该校培训现状及培训文化所处的发展阶段,并在此基础上进行了该校培训文化进一步发展和建设的初步探讨。

In recent years, people show greater concern on training. With this background, BIT has expanded training projects in a large scale and has achieved a lot. This paper analyzes status quo and the development stage of training culture in BIT and makes a trial on probing into ways of establishing and developing the training projects.
