体验营销是市场营销观念发展的新思路,目前正被广泛的研究与应用。星巴克咖啡对体验营销的运用一直是人们津津乐道的话题,星巴克也成为体验营销成功的典范。分析星巴克成功的经验,可以是我们对体验营销有更深层次的理解。
Experience Marketing, a new way of thinking, is developed from the old marketing conceptions. It is now in a wide research and application. Starbuck's using of Experience Marketing has always been a hot topic and thus make it an example of using Experience Marketing successfully. Analyzing the success of Starbuck can help us better and deep understand Experience Marketing.
