摘要
认知评价理论为人的内部动机的激发提供了重要的理论依据。本文首先对认知评价理论在体育教学管理研究的成果进行了简介;其次,运用此理论从增加学生的选择权,重视学生的情感需要,增加学生的能力感等方面入手,着重阐述在体育教学管理中如何提高学生的积极性;最后提出运用此理论应注意的问题。这不仅对学生体育锻炼习惯的养成有积极意义,而且对实现体育教学有效管理更具深远的意义。
The theory of cognitive evaluation provides an important theoretical basis for the inspiring of the intrinsic motive on people.At first,this paper introduces the achievement about application of intrinsic motive to PE teaching management.Secondly,it discusses how to improve students' enthusiasm from following aspects by the theory application:increasing their ability sense.At last,it discusses the attentive problems.The above has a positive meaning for the students' PE exercise habit and an important realistic meaning for the effective PE management.
