需求取向的社区服务——上海市浦东新区售后公房及中低档商品房社区服务研究

Demand-oriented Community Service——Community Service Research on the Sold Public Housing and Middle-and-Low Graded Commercial Residential Building of Pudong New Area of Shanghai

伴随着我国经济的快速发展与社会的加速转型,不同社区的居民对社区服务需求的差异性日益凸现,传统的“一刀切”的社区服务模式已无法适应新的社会发展要求。针对不同类型社区的居民社区服务需求之不同,开展不同模式的社区服务,成为目前深化社区建设的重要途径。本文通过对浦东新区售后公房及中低档商品房社区的深入调研,了解居民多样化的服务需求与当前社区服务提供之间的差距,发现现行社区服务缺陷与不足,进而探索在此类社区中社区服务的实现模式。

With the rapid development of the economy and the transformation of the society,there are different residents' demands of community service in different types of community. The same model of the community service can't meet the need of the social development. There should be different models of community service in different kind of community. On the bases of deep research about community including the sold public housing and middle-and-low graded commercial residential building of Pudong New Area,this paper aims to probe into the situation and defect of current community service and contradiction between diversification of the new demands of the habitants and the lack of community services in this aspect. Based on this,it also explores the realization mode of this kind of community service.
