Some Problems about Our Military Procurement Contract

随着我军后勤保障社会化改革的进行,军队采购合同问题变得日益重要。本文拟就军队采购合同的概念、订立方式、履行监督和争议解决等方面的问题进行初步的探讨,以促进我国军队采购的规范化、制度化。

With the socialized reform of the logistics security,military procurement contracts become more and more important. This article will do some research into the military procurement contract such as concept,style of conclusion,carrying of contract and settlement of dispute ,etc.,in order to promote the standardization and legalization of our army.
