摘要
考虑在热效应影响下半导体器件中载流子运动的数学模型,这是一个非线性偏微分方程组。在瞬态情况下,它归结为一个非线性椭圆—抛物耦合方程组混合初边值问题,应用Schauder不动点原理和能量估计方法,证明了该问题弱解的存在唯一性。
The mathematical model with heat effect arising in the carrier transport in semiconductor devices, which is a nonlinear partial differential equation system. Under time-dependent condition, it is a elliptic-parabolic coupled system with the mixed initial-boundary value problem .The existence and uniqueness of the weak solutions are proved by using respectively Schauder fixed point theory and the energy estimates.
