摘要
分析了铁路卸油鹤管气阻产生的原因和影响因素,并给出了分析计算实例。根据国内石油设备发展现状,提出了几种新的气阻防治措施。为了消除鹤管气阻,推荐采用潜油泵卸油工艺。
In this article,the analysis on the causes and influence factors of vapor lock of railway swing arm for unloading oil are carried out,and a computational practical example is given.Then, according to the current development of petroleum equipment in China,several new measures for the vapor lock prevention are presented. At last,in order to prevent the vapor lock,using submersible pump unloading process is suggested.
