摘要
采用氧-乙炔亚音速火焰喷涂工艺对高炉铜质风口套表面喷涂耐高温、耐磨材料,可以改善工件的表面性能。用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和显微硬度计等对喷涂层的微观组织进行观察分析,可以为制定合理的喷涂工艺提供试验依据。结果表明,基体与喷涂层界面结合状况良好,界面附近基体组织细化。随着合金粉末中WC含量的增加,涂层的硬度和耐高温性能也明显增加。
The coatings having heat-resistant and wear resistant performance can be obtained on copper parent metal by the subsonic speed oxy-acetylene flame spraying. The microstructure of the spray coating are observed and (analyzed) by means of the metallogenetic microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and microsclerometer, etc. The test base is provided for making suitable spraying technology. The test results indicate that the combination (between) copper base and the coating is good and the microstructure of base close to the interface is thinning. The hardness and heat-resistant performance of coating increase remarkably with the increase of WC content in the alloy powder.
