摘要
介绍了NMR(核磁共振)谱仪与通用计算机联机通讯的多种方法。根据用户的不同需要,可采用RS232C串口,双向并行口或以太网络设备,并选择相应的网络通讯软件建立NMR实验室局域网。在此基础上建立的脱机NMR数据处理系统,旨在提高谱仪使用效率,加强谱图数据处理和图形处理能力,方便用户利用PC机的排版系统撰写论文和进行谱图存档;利用通用计算机丰富的软件资源开发各种应用程序,如:多线谱数据处理、分子图形、参数化谱分析和谱模拟等。
Various communication methods between NMR spectrometer and general-purpose comput-ers are introduced. According to user'S currient computer resources and NMR spectrometers, we employed RS232C serial port,bidirectional parallel port,Ethernet network devices and seven different kinds of network communication softwares are employed to meet enduser's requirements for various computers and NMR Spec-trometers,so as to establish NMR laboratory network and off-line data processing system. It not only pro-motes efficiency of spectrometer,but also enhances spectral processing- Besides,users can flexibly select vari-able output devices and application softwares to make hardcopy and archive,incorporate pc-disk top publishing in combining spectral plots,and use software resources of general computers to develope variable application programs, such as multidimensional data processing, molecular graphics, parametric spectrum analysis, spec-trum simulation,etc.
