摘要
艉轴密封装置潜艇通海系统中重要密封设备之一 ,工作中艉轴密封装置的摩擦副 ,由于受到不平衡力和不平衡力矩的作用而产生机械变形 ,即压力锥旋。压力锥旋的存在 ,严重影响装置运行时的密封性能。理论分析表明 ,通过优化装置的结构设计 ,可以有效控制压力锥旋的大小 ,保证装置运行时 ,特别在高转速、大深度运行时的密封性能。
The stern shaft sealing is one of the most important sealing equipments in submarine seawater system. The sealing-coupling of the stern shaft sealing will be distorted under the imbalance force or imbalance moment, which is named pressure-coning. It has great influence upon the sealing performance. Investigation shows that the size of pressure-coning could be controlled effectively by optimal design of the structure, so that the sealing performance can be ensured in operation, even if in the condition of high revolution and big depth.
