摘要
探讨某火力发电厂风机事故原因 ,计算风机轴承在正常工作载荷下的使用寿命 ,用ANSYS软件对风机轴的应力与临界转速进行分析 ;结果表明 ,风机轴设计与轴承选用符合设计要求 ,风机事故的主要原因是安装时轴承箱对轴与轴承产生了附加载荷。
This paper analyzes the courses of failure for the fan shaft and bearing of a power plant. The authors estimate the normal life of the rolling bearing under working loading, carry out FE analysis of the strength and critical rotation speed by using ANSYS. The numerical results show that the design of shaft and selection of bearing meet the standard. So it can be concluded that the failure of the shaft and bearing lies in the additional loading in assembling.
