从核定干舷、勘划载重线的必要性和重要性出发 ,针对当前船舶超载运输现象 ,提出船检工作者在审核相关资料时应注意的一些问题。
In light of the common phenomenon of overloaded transportation, the author analyzes the necessity and importance of the freeboard checking and ratifying in ship survey, and discuss about some points on which the surveyor should pay attention.
