摘要
数学教学技能的训练,应该突出学生积极的主体活动.因此,教师的主导作用就体现在对数学教学技能建构过程的设计:创设情景,激发建构;亲历体验,投入建构;抓住关键,深入建构;逐项训练,扩大建构;突出重点,优化建构;转换角度,完善建构;见习实习,反思建构.
Micro-teaching is a good way to teach in normal colleges and universities.This skills training and the basic course of mathematical theaching construction are discnssded in the paper.
