在分析了传统的PPPOE和Web/Portal认证方式在局域网上存在的问题后 ,介绍了新的认证协议80 2 1x ,并给出利用 80 2 1x对校园网络进行优化的应用实例 .

On the basis of analyzing the limitation brought up by using the traditional PPPOE and Web/portal in LAN,a new authentication protocol 802.1x is introduced,and a good example by using 802.1x to optimize the campus network is showed.
