摘要
目的 :提取分离及鉴定伞房花耳草活性成分乌索酸 .方法 :用“醇提凝析”法提取分离乌索酸 ,光谱鉴定其结构 .结果 :确证化合物为乌索酸 ,HPLC测定其含量为 99 5 8% ,得率 3 12‰ .结论 :提取分离方法实用可行 ,乌索酸纯度高 ,安全性好 .
Objective: To extract, separate and identify ursolic acid in Hedyotis corymbosa Lam.Methods: Adopting the method of ethanol extracting and agglutination separating to extract ursolic acid and using spectrum to identify its’structure. Results: The compound is recognized to be ursolic acid, the content is 99.58% by HPLC, and the gain rate is 3.12‰. Conclusion: The method is practical and feasible. The purity of ursolic acid is high and the safety is good.
