Thread electric charges and surface electric charges are two important physics models. Concerning the specific demands on physical problems, this paper makes the thread density and surface density of electric charges into the volume density distribution. By means of function, for three kinds of ideal thread and surface models their volume density distributions of electric charges are in detail calculated and expressed as a result.
