摘要
目的 :摸清广州市荔湾湖水质富营养化现状及其水质的致突变性 .方法 :使用常规理化检验方法及小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验、小鼠精子畸形试验进行检测 .结果 :湖水总氮、总磷和生化需氧量平均含量均明显超标 ,藻类生长旺盛 ,蓝藻和绿藻为优势藻种 ,水质属于重度富营养化 .湖水有机浓集物能诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核率、精子畸形率升高 ,且随剂量增加 ,微核率、精子畸形率呈增高趋势 .结论 :富营养化的荔湾湖水可能具有较强的致突变作用 ,故应加强治理及研究其富营养化对水质的潜在影响 .
Objective:To investigate the current eutrophication status and mitagenicity of Liuan Lake water. Methods: Standardized physical and chemical testing method and mouse bone marrow cells micronucleus test and mouse sperm malformation test were used. Results: Total nitrogen,total phosphate,and BOD contents in the water exceeded the sanitary standard remarkably.There were some algae growing in the water and blue and green algae were the dominent species.The water quality reached the level of severe eutrophication.The organic concentracts of lake water could induce micronucleus and sperm malformation frequency increase and the trend of dose response relation was found. Couclusion:It indicated that the lake water might have strong mutagenic action.The control mesures should be taken and the potential influence of eutrophication should be further studied.
