普通高校篮球选项课的特点是学生人数多,学生身体素质差异大,运动水平参差不齐。如何根据篮球运动的特点,使篮球选项课的教学有的放矢,使学生学有所得,这是有待普通高校篮球教师研究的一个重要课题。本文拟从调整教学过程、优选教学内容、改革教学方法等方面对这一课题进行探讨。

The characteristic in college basketball elective attracts large numbers of students who vary greatly in both physical attribute and sport aptitude. Therefore, it is important for the teachers in college to study how to make the teaching have its own purpose and make the students get the skill.This paper offers a tentative study on this issue from three aspects:adjustment of teaching process; selection of teaching content:Change in teaching methods.
