我国上市公司再融资效应分析

Analysis of Effect on Refinance about Listed Company in China

再融资对上市公司的发展起重要的推动作用 ,研究上市公司再融资行为具有重要的现实意义。上市公司通过证券市场再融资的方式主要有配股、增发和发行可转换债券三种 ,三者在我国证券市场发展的不同阶段起到不同的作用。本文运用实证分析的方法对我国上市公司在证券市场再融资行为效应进行分析 。

Abstract: Refinance plays an important role in promoting the development of listed companies. It is significant to research on refinance of listed companies. The three main methods of refinance, including ration shares financing, equity financing, convertible bond issue, take different effects in various phases in the security market. This article analyzes the behavior effect of refinance about listed companies in the security market with empirical study. In terms of existing problems, some corresponding measures and suggestions are also to be put forward.
