摘要
论述了在图书馆读者服务工作中,要注重情感投入,规范服务言行,加强自身形象的建设,营造亲切氛围,提供完美服务,使读者服务工作更上一个新台阶。
This paper proposes that librarians should pay attention to the emotional investment, standardize the service words and deeds, strengthen the construction of one's own image, build a cordial atmosphere,and offer the perfect sevice in readers service of the library ,so as to make readers service work reach a new height.
