新闻法治是一项具体法治,它的最基础、最核心的因素是新闻自治。在法治系统内,新闻自治与新闻法治、法治处于互助共生、相互抑灭的耦合运动之中。法治下的政治、经济、文化、法则和职业生活基本环境为新闻自治提供生态支持,惟有融入法治生活的基本系统之中,新闻自治才能获得真实的生存样态。

The rule of law for the press is one aspect of the concrete rule of law.Its foundamental and key facter is press autonomy.In the law system press autonomy and the press rule and rule of law are in the coupling motion by supplementing each other.The environment of the political,economic,cultural,legal and professional lives under the rule of law serves the press autonomy with ecological support.Only in the basic system of rule of law can the press autonomy achieve ecology substantively.
