摘要
通过分析劳动合同违约金的法律性质及法律适用中存在的问题,探讨在劳动合同中明确规定违约金的必要性和可操作性。
This paper analyses the law character of the default fine of labour contract and some issues in law application. The necessity and manipulation to nail down the default fine in labour contract are also discussed.
