我国现行侦查模式存在诸多问题。完善侦查模式的主要措施有:实现对侦查权 的监督;扩大犯罪嫌疑人的诉讼权利;赋于律师相对的单独会见权和侦查阶段的调查取证权。
The author was talking about the concept of investigative pattern etc, and expounding the existed problem of investigative pattern in our country. At last, the author suggested that we perfect the investigative pattern. Including: strengthen the authority to supervise for the investigative action, extend the suspect's proceeding s rights and so on.
