摘要
各种雷达天线、卫星通信地面站天线的实际反射面都是变形曲面。这种变形曲面可以是具有一定制造误差的反射面,也可以是设计曲面在设计载荷作用下的变形反射面。对变形曲面通过计算求其最佳拟合(又称吻合)曲面作为理想曲面,可以提高变形曲面的精度,从而达到降低成本、改善性能的效果。本文介绍一种从最小二乘法原理出发求取最佳拟合曲面(包括平面)的方法,该方法实用、规范且思路清晰。
A real surface of reflector is always the deformed one for antennas in radars and satellite earth stations.This kind of surface may be reflector either distorted by manufacturing or deformed by design loads.This paper presents a computing method based on least-square,which gives a best-fit surface as realistic reflector for deformed surface,so that it is possible to improve the accuracy of real reflector and the an-tenna performances,and to reduce the cost of manufacturing.Therefore,this method is more practicable sim-ple,clear and has better specification.
