Game Analyses on the Interests Subjects in the Project of Reverting Cultivated land to Forests

在国家实施退耕还林工程中,各参与主体由于所追求利益的不同,因而产生了一些矛盾和问题。该文运用博弈论对其进行深入剖析,得出退耕还林工程在实施过程中造成了整个社会生态效益损失的结论,并在此基础上提出了解决问题的对策和建议。

In implementing the project of reverting cultivated land to forests in our country,owing to different interests of various parties,there appears some contradictions and problems.This paper uses game theory to make a deep analysis to it,draws a conclusion that the project of reverting cultivated land to forests has caused the whole social ecological benefits to be lost in the course of implementation,and also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.
