该文对目前世界上公司治理结构的几种主要模式进行比较并就我国企业治理结构的演进进行评述,并在此基础上论述了建立和完善具有中国特色的公司治理结构带来的一些启示。

This paper compares several main modes of corporate governance in the world and how they are being carried on in our country. It aims at their good points and shortcomings and different scope of application in different modes, in order to bring some enlightenment and perfect the corporate governance with distinct Chinese characteristics.
