摘要
本文针对雷达系统数字电路板的特点，提出了一种组合式诊断策略，详细论述了采用该策略设计的雷达数字电路板故障诊断系统的构成、实现及有关问题。该故障诊断系统故障覆盖率高，定位精确，操作方便，是一种工程可用度较高的雷达数字电路板自动测试设备（ＡＴＥ）。
A combined diagnosis tragedy for radar system digital circuit boards is pro-posed.Structure,realization and other related aspects of the diagnosis system using this diagnosis tragedy are discussed in detail. The diagnosis system is characterized by its high fault cover rate,accurate fault location and convenient operation and is suitable for engineeing usage.
