语言是文化的栽体。各行各业的语言都会反映一定的文化传统。选取短信中的“整人专家”，分析短信语言中所蕴涵的文化观念、文化传统。
Language is the carrier of civilization.Each language could reflect a kind of the tradition ofcivilization,the article selects the note of the specialist of teasing others to analyze the idea andtradition of civilization in the mobile note.
