三叶木通扦插生根规律研究

A Study on the Law of Taking Root by Cutting Breeding of Akebia Trifoliata

用1年生三叶木通茎藤进行扦插试验及切片观察结果表明:三叶木通插条茎节及节间周身都能发生不定根,插条离开母体之前就形成了根原始体,为皮部生根型;从扦插到生根到成苗经历了4个时期:根原基活动期、根系形成期、黄苗期及成苗期,各时期经历的时间分别为7-9d、20-23d、21-24d、9-11d.三叶木通带芽插条扦插的成苗率比带节插条扦插的成苗率显著地提高、比不带节插条扦插的成苗率极显著提高.

It was made the cottage experiment and cut sections for microscopic examination in fixed of time with the stem of annual Akebia trifoliata, The results showed that it can bring adventitious root on the stem join or all over the body of trifoliate cutting, that cutting had the original roots before depart from marcher, there was only one type of taking root,Taking root type of skin. It went through four periods from cuttage to becming young plant, original root activating stage, root system taking shape stage, yellow seedling stage, became seedling stage. The days of each stage was respective 7-9d,20-23d,21-24d,9-11d.The rate of young plant obtaining by cuttaged from the cutting with bud of Akebia trifoliata were more raise than the cutting with stem join, and it was most raise than the cutting without stern joint.
