Thread model was one of the important factors that affect the performance and the consumption of resources of its component . After simply presenting the concept of COM + and COM + component, all kinds of thread models of COM + component were lucubrated, and their expense of resources and performances were analyzed. At last, an designed example of COM + component whose thread models are properly was obtained. This paper instruct the development of high performance COM+ based software.
