摘要
提出了一种新型的混凝土叠合柱结构,即先预制好空心的混凝土拼装块,然后在施工现场将拼装块拼成空心的筒体,最后在空心筒体中浇筑混凝土而形成一种施工简便、节省材料、整体性相对较好的柱子.通过对拼装块在施工和使用阶段可能发生的破坏和二轴应力状态的分析,从裂缝控制的角度对施工中混凝土的一次性浇筑高度作了规定,并给出了一般性的计算公式.
Precast the hollow concrete crust in factory, assemble them into hollow concrete pipe in site, and then pour concrete in the concrete pipe to form a new composite column, which can be constructed convenient, use less stuff and have better integral capability. According to the biaxial stress condition of the concrete pipe and it s possible failure analysis in construction phase and use phase, the limite of one - off concrete - pour height in the concrete pipe is obtained, and a equation is presented for general calculation.
