我国师范教育中部分专科院校升格为本科师范学院,将原有的成人师资培训并入师范学院统一管理,这些院校在"升本"后的主要任务有所改变,作为原有教育学院中的成人师资的进修培训和发展提高已提到重要的议事日程。本文对这些转轨并制中的成人教育的现状、特点及升格后的新使命作有益的探索。

For going with the development of the epoch, The part of special colleges of the teachers-training education of our country will be upgraded to the teachers-training colleges of the undergraduate course. Putting the original adult teachers training to the teachers-training colleges, The government of our country will carry out to control uniformly. These colleges will exchange in the main task after it has upgraded to the undergraduate couse. In this thesis I tried helpfully to find out against the status quo and the feature of the adult education in revolving way and merging system and the new mission after the upgrade.
