莱钢3~#750m^3高炉开炉操作及快速达产分析

摘要 莱钢3#750m3高炉由于开炉准备工作充分,选择合适的开炉料和送风参数,送风后尽快降硅,高炉开炉5天时间即达产,其间无悬料、坐料,当月利用系数达到2.14t/m3.d。 The No.3 BF of Laigang reaches full designed productivity after blowing-in only 5 days by preparing sufficiently in blowing-in, selecting rational blowing-in material and blowing parameter, reducing silicon as soon as possible after blowing, and there is no hanging and settling of charge, the productivity ratio of No.3 BF reaches to 2.14t/m^(3).d in the first month of blowing-in。
