摘要
济钢120t转炉煤气回收及除尘自动控制系统采用PLC控制技术,采用以太网通讯传输技术构成二级通讯网络,完成系统间的通讯。可以实现风机自动调速、煤气自动回收、CRT集中监控等功能。系统自投运以来,性能稳定,满足了工艺设备的要求,实现了先进技术与适用性的有效结合。
The PLC control technique is adopted in 120t BOF gas collecting and primary dedusting at Jigang, with Ethernet network technology composed the secondary communication network to realize communication between systems. The system has functions such as adjusting fan's speed automatically, collecting gas automatically and CRT centralized detecting and controlling. The running practice has shown that the system is reliable, it meets the need of process and equipments, and realizes effectively combination between advanced techniques and their applicability.
