摘要 分析了Q235+304不锈钢复合板的焊接性,对复合材料的焊接工艺进行了评定试验,确定了基层和复层分别焊接、不添加过渡层的焊接工艺。施焊过程中通过严格执行工艺规范,既保证了焊接质量又提高了焊接效率。设备运行检验结果表明,焊接工艺合理,焊接质量满足设计要求。 The welding experiment of stainless steel clad plate Q235+304 are conducted and the welding practice which base layer and clad layer welded respectively and non-adding transition layer is made according to the experiment. The welding procedure is strictly observed during tank welding process, thus the welding quality is guaranteed and the welding efficiency is increased. The tank working result shows that the welding procedure is reasonable.
