水处理发展过程及趋势探讨

阐述了水处理的发展过程 ,即萌芽 ( 1 8世纪～ 1 9世纪末 )、发展 ( 1 9世纪末～ 2 0世纪 70年代 )和提高 ( 2 0世纪 70年代～ 2 0世纪末 ) 3个阶段 ,并从给水和排水工艺的相互融合论证了给水和排水处理的相互统一。探讨了影响水处理发展的相关因素 ,从社会经济、相关学科、政策和管理 3个方面进行分析。展望了水处理的发展趋势 ,提出了未来水处理的发展方向 ,重点分析了生物处理技术及膜技术的发展及应用前景。最后针对中国的现状 ,提出了走有中国特色的水处理发展道路。

Developmental process of water treatment is expounded,those are embryonic stage(the 18th century～End of the 19th century),developmental stage(End of the 19th century～1970') and advancing stage(1970'～End of the 20th century),the merger of technics between water and wastewater demonstrates the integration of water and wastewater treatment.It explores the relative factor influencing development of water treatment,and analyzes that from socioeconomics,relative knowledges,policy and management.It makes a outlook of the development of water treatment,and analyzes the prospect of biology and membrane technology.In the end the author proposes that China should take the route with china' characteristics.
