摘要
甘薯生产淀粉的废水中含有一种具有生物活性功能的糖蛋白,文中采用无机陶瓷膜超滤设备来提取甘薯生产淀粉废水中的糖蛋白。通过研究不同料液pH值、超滤操作时间、压力、温度、切线流速对渗透通量的影响,得出最佳的超滤工艺条件为pH=65,压力035MPa,温度20℃,切线流速u=2m/s,最终可将糖蛋白溶液浓缩83倍,糖蛋白的截留率为91%,糖蛋白得率为73%(粗糖蛋白中糖蛋白/鲜甘薯糖蛋白)。
A kind of glycoprotein with biological activity exists in waste water of sweet potato starch production. Ultrafiltrator with ceramic membrane was used in extracting of the glycoprotein. The effects of different technical parameters such as pH, time(t), pressure(△P), tempeature(T), cross-flow velocity(u) on Flux were studied. It was shown that the optimum ultrafiltraion conditions were pH=6.5, △P=0.35MPa, T=20℃, u=2m/s. Under the optimum conditions, the glycoprotein solution was concentrated to 1/8.3 of original volume. The retention and yield rate of glycoprotein is 91% and 73% respectively.
