摘要
木糖醇在生产过程中,其水解液成分复杂,色泽较深,可使用粉状活性炭脱色,提高产品质量,但是活性炭使用后,脱色能力会大大降低,不能再利用。本文阐述了采用酸洗灼烧,使旧活性炭再生,用该法处理后的活性炭,其亚甲基蓝脱色力恢复到新炭的92%,对木糖醇水解液的脱色能力也恢复到新炭的93%以上,从而使旧炭能重复利用,减少了新炭的耗用量和减少资源浪费,降低木糖醇生产成本,减轻对环境的污染。
During the producing xylitol, the hydrolysate has complex components and dark color. The powder of activated carbon is used to decolor and improve the quality of production. But the decoloration capability decreased substantially and can't be reused. The paper introduced a method of acid washing and ignition method to renew the activated carbon. The decoloration ability for methlthionine chloride recovers 92 percent and to the xylitol hydrolysate also recovers over 93% comparison with new carbon after dealing. It can decrease the usage of new carbon and the waste of resource, therefore reducing the cost of production and lighten the pollution to enviroment.
