摘要  综述了近年来国外学者及研究人员在植物花色素苷的产生、化学成分、结构特征、合成途径、物化性质、药理作用和工业应用等方面的工作与进展. This paper was summarized on the research of anthocyanins from foreign researchers in the terms of chemical composition, chemical structure,biosynthesis,methods to isolate and identify,chemical and physical character,medical function and industrial application .
