痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

To observe curative effect of BiQi capsule for rheumatoid arthritise

目的 :观察痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法 :将 12 0例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 6 0例 ,治疗组口服痹祺胶囊 ,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠 ,两组均治疗 8周。结果 :总有效率治疗组为 78.33% ,对照组为 5 0 % ,两组比较具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎疗效较佳 ,且不良反应少 ,是治疗类风湿关节炎安全有效的方药。

Purpose To study curative effect of BiQi capsule for rheumatoid a rthritis (RA)patients.Methodone hundred twenty rheumatoid arthritis patients were grouped into therapy and control groups at random . Compared with Diclofena c Sodium Sustained Enteric-coated tablet, 60 patients of RA were therapied with BiQi capsule for eight weeks.ResultEffective rate of therapy group was 78.33%,control group was 50%.There was sufficient discrepance in the two groups .The curative effect was better in therapy group than control .ConclusionBi Qi capsule is suitable medicine for RA , and has little reverse effect , so Bi Qi capsule is a kind of safe and effective Chinese medicine.
