对称双混频外差法测量相干光的相位差

摘要 对称双混频外差法能将相干光的相差精确地转换为光电流的相差,本文介绍了该方法测量相干光波相位差的工作原理,分析表明该方法可望达到很高的测量精度与速度,且有较强的环境适应性。 The balanced dual-mixer heterodyne was presented, which can convert the phase difference between two coherent lights into the phase difference between two photocurrents precisely. This method has a high accuracy, speed and strongenvironmental adaptability.
