摘要
本文应用准经典粒子理论和量子力学测不准关系,得到具有椭圆轨道激子的能量测不准量和能级宽度。基于上述计算结果,发现椭圆激子轨道的偏心率很小,其轨迹接近于圆。对于偏心率较大的激子很容易离解,其寿命非常短,存在几率很小。
Applying theories on quasi-classical particles and the uncertainty relation of quantum mechanics,this paper gets the formula of the energy uncertainty and the energy level width of exciton with oval orbit,based on these,we find the'e'of the 'exciton' is very small and its orbit is almost equal to a circle.The existence probability is very small,and its time is very short.
